Sun Valley Resort - Reservations:

The 132nd IMA Annual Meeting will be held at the beautiful Sun Valley Resort in Sun Valley, ID. 

Room reservations in Sun Valley should be made as early as possible to ensure availability at the best rate. For rooms at the Sun Valley Resort, call 800-786-8259 or go to resort website: https://www.sunvalley.com/lodging/, and provide the discounted room block code 1024IDMD. The room block code will expire on September 2nd.

NEW Sun Valley Resort Credit Card Authorization Policy for Incidentals:
Please note that a hold will be placed on your funds by your financial institution when using your credit card for incidentals at the Resort of $50 per night. Please contact your financial institution for information regarding these holds. Sun Valley is not responsible for placing or removing holds. Holds usually fall off within 1-2 days after check-out if incidentals were not accrued.

PLEASE NOTE:

When booking your room at the Sun Valley Resort, and as we move closer to the room block end date of September 2nd, if you ask for a specific bedroom type, such as a two queen bedroom, we have found that the room reservation staff may sometimes tell you that “the room block is full” if the rooms for THAT TYPE of room have all been booked. However, we have a variety of room types available under our block. Therefore, the room block may not necessarily be full. We recommend telling them your dates of stay and preferred room type but letting them know you are open to other types of rooms under the block if the room type you prefer is unavailable. If you run into any issues when booking a room under our block, please let us know by emailing [email protected].

Photography:
Photographs and/or videos with or without audio are taken at IMA member events.  By attending IMA events, you grant full rights to use the images (including yourself and your family members or any other guests accompanying you) resulting from the photography or video recording, as well as any reproductions, adaptations, or similar uses of the images to help achieve the organization's objectives. This might include (but is not limited to) the right to use them in IMA printed and digital publicity (i.e., social media, press releases, funding applications, etc.).

Local Medical Society Delegate Stipend:
Please contact your local society president with questions regarding requirements or questions for the delegate stipend.

NEW THIS YEAR!

Attendees must attend all or a majority of the Friday House of Delegates meeting in order to qualify to vote at the Sunday House of Delegates meeting.

Attendees may vote In-Person or Virtually during this year’s Sunday House of Delegates meeting.

There will be a $50.00 late fee assessed on ALL late registrations after September 20, 2024. We encourage you to register for the meeting and all events you will attend before September 20, 2024.
